FAQ:

1. Do you offer any discounts if I order a lot?

A. I'm sorry we cannot offer discounts for any size orders because it is very time consuming to make the outfits and the price is based on the time it takes to make them and the material costs. Hope you understand.

2. How long will it take for my package to ship out?

A. Normally it will take about 1- 2 business days after receiving payment. There are times it will take 4- 5 business days depending on how busy we get. We try our very best to have the packages shipped out as soon as possible.

3. How will my items be packed and what will they be shipped in?

A. The clothes will be packed in clear plastic packaging bags, and the whole package will be shipped in brown envelopes. If there are too many items that cannot fit in the brown envelope, it will be shipped in a bigger plastic shipping envelope bag.

4. How long will it take for my package to arrive?

A. It depends on your location and the shipping method you choose.
Non-registered airmail (Canada/US/International) should normally take about 1-2 weeks. Some countries may take longer because of customs.
Xpresspost (Canada) should take about 3 business days.
Expedited ground mail (US only) should take about 10-12 business days. Shipping times do not include weekends and holidays.

*Christmas time may take longer for packages to arrive.

5. I've been waiting for my package to come and it's still not here yet. Is it lost? what should I do?

A. Sometimes packages take longer than normal to arrive because of customs or other delays in transit. Please be patient and contact us if that happens. If insurance is purchased, we will gladly help you file a claim to Canadapost.

6. What is the difference between purchasing and not purchasing insurance for my package?

A. If you purchased insurance for your package and it got lost in transit, we will help you file a claim to Canadapost for the money back. According to Canadapost, we are only allowed to file a claim 45 days from the date of shipment with receipts. (Please see website for more details: www.canadapost.ca) so by purchasing insurance, we will help you file a claim and Canadapost will be responsible for issuing you back your money. If insurance is not purchased, there is nothing we can do about it and Canadapost will not issue money back to you.

7. Can I request custom made outfits?

A. You can definitely request for custom made outfits. Just email us the details. However we might not be able to depending on the fabrics, material availability, design, etc.

8. I see you have a section that showcases the customer’s doll pictures wearing your shop outfits. Can I have my doll picture in there as well?

A. Yes. We would love to have your doll pictures in there. You can email us the picture.

9. Any promotional events?

A. Yes we occasionally have promotional events such as free gifts and lottery prizes.
